Regional artist and arts therapist Lisa Nackan discusses the program and explains why having a positive outlet to connect with others and deal with the challenges of the pandemic is so critical.

Lisa Nackan is an Art Therapist and Registered Psychotherapist. “I feel extremely privileged that the work I do combines three of my greatest passions: the creative process (art and writing), psychology (growth and healing), and social activism (community work). My life is passionately fueled by the words ‘making the invisible visible’. It is my belief that all art, in some way, makes the invisible visible. Even if it can’t be seen yet.
