Regional artist Mojgan Jafari will guide caregivers and young children through a series of art making experiences. Explore the exhibitions together and have fun painting, drawing, and making sculptural projects that inspire and encourage creative experimentation in young minds.

Mojgan Jafari

Mojgan’s artistic journey began in Iran under the guidance of a local mentor at age 7, sparking her lifelong passion for art and beauty. She explored various mediums, drawing inspiration from renowned artists like Martin Johnson Head and Ivan Shishkin, shaping her artistic vision in still life and landscape paintings.

Specializing in nature, birds, and portraits, Mojgan’s realistic style and attention to detail vividly express her deep appreciation for everyday beauty. With 8 years of teaching experience, she shares her passion for art with diverse age groups, including seniors, adults, children, and individuals with special needs. Mojgan also incorporates meditative art techniques into her teachings, offering transformative experiences both in-person and online.

Additionally, Mojgan actively participates in art exhibitions, supporting causes like autism awareness. Now based in Barrie, ON, since 2018, Mojgan continues to thrive as an artist, infusing her surroundings with creativity and connecting with others through her captivating artworks.
