Portfolio Development
December 6 through December 31
Rotary Education Centre

Portfolio Development is a programme for high school students in Simcoe County wanting to pursue post-secondary education in the visual arts. The MacLarenArtCentre is pleased to provide this resource toward fulfilling requirements for portfolio submissions. Participants maintain a sketchbook, create two- and three-dimensional art, attend five life-drawing studios, engage in critiques, write an artist statement and this year, mount a group exhibition.
These are enthusiastic artists who find themselves compelled to make are and are excited to share, relate and connect. Represented here are school exercises, assignments, life drawings, work created for the Portfolio Development programme, as well as personal artwork.
