The Art of the Mobile

Explore elements of movement, balance and light, as you create your own dynamic mobile sculptures with regional artist Andrew Maize. In this workshop participants will learn about the history of kinetic sculpture, and learn strategies and techniques of working with a variety of materials including wire, string, wood and found objects to animate their very own compositions.
