Fees: $25.00 + HST / $20.00 + HST Members

Join us for an exciting Zine-Making Workshop led by local artist Leandra Almeida! This 3-hour hands-on session will dive into the fascinating history of zines-those DIY, self-expressive publications that have long been a cornerstone of underground creativity.

With Leandra’s guidance, you’ll explore the creative possibilities of zine-making, learning how to fold, cut, and assemble your own mini-publication. A variety of materials and media will be provided to help bring your ideas to life, and whether you’re brimming with inspiration or looking for a place to start, prompts will be available to spark your imagination.

Perfect for artists, writers, and anyone curious about self-expression, this workshop is your chance to unleash your imagination, learn something new, and walk away with a zine that’s uniquely yours. No experience necessary-just bring your creativity and a willingness to have fun!
