Do you love Mural Street Art??

Be part of a collaborative community mural process, and learn hands on with Clandestinos Art, the internationally recognized muralist duo! They will lead you through the ins and outs of the whole process from beginning to end! Work on collaborative concept development, learn how to present a project to clients, acrylic and spray paint techniques and application, to final installation and community celebration! This special project has been made possible through a partnership with the Barrie Public Art Committee and funding from the City of Barrie, the Ontario Arts Council and the Canada Council for the Arts.

This youth program is a part of Brightening Barriers, a temporary public art project that brings original works by local and regional artists to patios throughout downtown Barrie. With patio fencing serving as a canvas, Brightening Barriers offers an opportunity to turn the “barrier” of imposed separation into a collective artistic experience. In its third year, this project is organized by the Barrie Public Art Committee.
