Austin, age 9 said: My favourite part about virtual art making was working with clay. I like making sculptures from coils.
Madeleine, age 7 said: I liked working with clay. My favourite part was making my house.
As the mom, I would like to add that I was very impressed how engaged my children were for the full 3 hours. They stayed focused and had fun. Thanks so much!
Cole says he enjoyed using his imagination and learning about art and the different techniques instead of watching TV. His favourite was the clay because it was just fun. He enjoyed Christina as a teacher because she was very nice and kind and he hopes to be able to learn more from her again.
I found it was a great program because I was able to work while Cole enjoyed doing his art quietly. The tasks were made so the children could work with little supervision. The teacher was very knowledgeable, encouraging and inspiring and I could tell that Cole was really enjoying himself. Christina was super patient and supportive to all participating. I would definitely do it again and Cole is already asking for more classes. Very well done!
