Join Us This Fall!
Jump into a creative fall at the MacLaren! Our new roster of classes for children and youth includes classes on colour theory, painting in oils, mixed-media drawing and more! For children ages 6 to 9 who are interested in trying a variety of art forms, Art Unlimited is a perfect choice! Children ages 10 to 13 will have fun learning traditional oil painting techniques in Introduction to Oil PaintingYouth wanting to create a successful portfolio for art school application can register for Portfolio Development.  Aspiring artistic youth are also encouraged to sign up for Open Critique Sessions with Jason Dunda, an adjunct professor at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

Save the Date for March Break Camp at the MacLaren!
The MacLaren is excited to host a full-week of fun artmaking for ages 6 to 11 years old at the Gallery from Monday, March 11 to Friday, March 15, 2019. Registration available soon!

Adults can take part in art-making fun too, with new programmes exploring colour theory, still-life painting techniques, life drawing and creative book-making.  Register now for master classes Expanding Creativity with Scott Sawtell and Drawing Into Painting with Jason Dunda.
