The MacLaren is building a creative community by offering art classes, tours and workshops for children and youth, fostering local talent, and providing unique experiences through our Permanent Collection, our exhibitions and our public art projects.

Each year we engage close to 53,000 people through our programmes, including 20,000 children and youth. Your donation to the MacLaren helps create opportunities for these children, youth and families to participate in programmes that enrich and expand their lives. As the regional public art gallery serving Barrie, the County of Simcoe and the surrounding area, the MacLaren Art Centre adds to the social, intellectual and creative fabric of this community. It contributes to the success and vitality of this city while enhancing the quality of life in Barrie and surrounding communities.

Up to 50% of the MacLaren's annual operating funds come from the generous support of individuals, local businesses and community organizations. These gifts enable us to provide meaningful visual arts programming for all members of our community.

Your financial contribution will help ensure opportunities for thousands of children, youth and families to create, to learn and to be inspired by the arts. You can donate online or use the attached form. Every dollar counts!
